Polestar 3 gets Pricing, Variant and Availability for U.S.
Polestar today announced Polestar 3 electric vehicle pricing, Trims, and Availability as well as add-on variants for U.S customers.
The EV maker confirmed that the starting price for the standard Polestar 3 Long Range Dual Motor version is $73,400 and it will start deliveries in the second quarter of this year.
Polestar 3 comes with different packs of accessories and services including the following:
Pilot Pack: It is standard in all variants including Pilot Assist driver assistant aids, Park Assist Pilot, Lane change assists, and head-0up display.
Plus Pack: It offers bio-attributed MicroTech or animal welfare wool seats, 21-inch Plus wheels, and heated rear seats.
Performance Pack: This brings Polestar-engineered chassis tuning, 22-inch performance forged wheels, and a software performance upgrade to boost output to 517 hp and 671 lb.-ft. of torque, a 0-60 mph sprint of 4.6 seconds, and “Swedish gold” accents including the seat belts.

The Long Range Dual Motor with Pilot Pack has Wheel Drive (AWD) priced at $73,400 with a 111 kWh battery pack and 250 kW max DC charging. The Model brings 315 miles of EPA range, 489 horsepower, 620 lb-ft torque, and 0-60 mph acceleration in 5 seconds.
The Long Range Dual Motor with Pilot and Plus Pack has Wheel Drive (AWD) priced at $78,900 with a 111 kWh battery pack and 250 kW max DC charging. The Model brings 315 miles of EPA range, 489 horsepower, 620 lb-ft torque, and 0-60 mph acceleration in 5 seconds.
The Long Range Dual Motor with Pilot and Performance Pack has Wheel Drive (AWD) priced at $79,400 with a 111 kWh battery pack and 250 kW max DC charging. The Model brings 279 miles of EPA range, 517 horsepower, 671 lb-ft torque, and 0-60 mph acceleration in 4.7 seconds.
The Long Range Dual Motor with Pilot and Performance Pack has Wheel Drive (AWD) priced at $84,900 with a 111 kWh battery pack and 250 kW max DC charging. The Model brings 279 miles of EPA range, 517 horsepower, 671 lb-ft torque, and 0-60 mph acceleration in 4.7 seconds.
Incentive and production
All versions of the Polestar 3 qualify for the $7,500 Polestar clean vehicle vehicle credit on lease transactions. The battery sourcing may refrain the car from qualifying for similar amount of Federal tax credit.
Polestar is manufacturing Polestar 3 in Chengdu, China and additional production will begin in the South Carolina facility in mid-2024. The company has already tested early production in the American factory.
