Update – Launch scrubbed within the last minute of liftoff.
SpaceX is looking at January 19, 2024, to launch a Falcon 9 rocket with 22 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
Liftoff of this rocket will take place at 6:15 p.m. PT with backup opportunities available until 9:58 p.m. PT.
The booster rocket supporting this mission will complete its 16th flight, which previously launched Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich, DART, Transporter-7, Iridium OneWeb, SDA-0B, and 10 Starlink missions.
After the stage separation, the first stage will land back at a droneship stationed in the Pacific Ocean. Afterward, the second stage will lead the mission and deploy Starlink satellites at around 1:2 hour of the mission.
