Lexus launches new 2024 RZ 300e starting at $55,150
On December 19, Lexus announced that its electric vehicle series has added a new option RZ 300e with FWD with a higher EPA-estimated range of up to 266 miles.
The new RZ 300e uses using 72.8kWh CATL lithium-ion battery with an FWD model, the 2024 RZ 300e has a total horsepower rating of 201.
The RZ 300e has an EPA-estimated range of 266 miles with 18-inch wheels and an EPA-estimated MPGe rating of 137, 112, and 125 on city, high, and combined.
The RZ 300e also has 20-inch wheels with an EPA range of 224 miles and MPGe rating of 114, 96, and 106 respectively.
The 2024 RZ model comes with dual-voltage charging cable for 120V and 240V outlets. All of these models equip a Combined Charging System (CCS) socket.
The RZ series could charge from 0-100% in approximately 9.5 hours with a level 2 charger and 0-80% in 35 minutes using a DC faster charger.
The new RZ model is built at the Motomachi Plant in Toyota City, Japan, and will be on sale in December. It is priced at the following:
