xAI launches Grok Studio for code execution, documents, reports, game generation

AI company xAI has launched Grok Studio, a new capability for the Grok AI chatbot to generate documents, code, reports, and browser games. This feature has been hyped by the company founder Elon Musk last year, but it’s finally rolling out for Grok users.
You can go to Grok.com and type in a prompt such as “Write an essay about the role of fate in The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.” and it will open a separate window to show you the document results. That’s not it, you can collaborate with Grok and change the font family, font style with text selection in real-time to further improve the output. If you want, there are option to remove any unwated content.
You can upload a PDF and ask it to generate a report based on the document, and it will create a fully visualized page with various properties and interactive elements.
Next is code execution, with this tool, ask Grok to generate code, and preview the code in the Preview tab. It will run and preview HTML snippets, Python, C++, Javascript, Typescript and bash scripts in the bot.
Finally, web games. This will be the most interesting part of many Grok users. All you need to do is to ask Grok to generate a web game. For example, “create a car racing web game” and it will get into the code generation part. Once completed, Grok Studio will show you a playable preview in real-time.
You can edit the code anytime from the code tab and make any changes to see them in the preview.
Grok Studio is a great functionality, and it provides a numerous tool set that will let you do even more productive tasks than before. xAI has made the Grok Studio available for both free and paid users at Grok.com.
