xAI Grok gets AI edit image feature and it works really well

xAI has released an AI edit image feature for Grok allowing users to change the appearance of any uploaded images to the chatbot.

This feature is now available on the X web version, and it will soon be released for all users, including standalone Grok website and mobile platforms.

All you need to do to choose a photograph, click the file uploaded button and select the desired image or screenshot.

Once uploaded, the feature will automatically suggest you different edits based on the image type. You can select any of these to begin, or type the prompt that describes that changes.

xAI Grok Image Edit

Grok will show you four image variations of the edited images. Similar to image generation, the chatbot will show you a few more editing suggestion prompts that you can tap to edit the image.

This new capability is powered by its vision model, Grok can generate images based on a text prompt. It can also identify images and their contents. The image detection analysis of an image and the image generation follows the order.

You can try Grok Edit Image to add any missing element or perfect its appearance.
