Tesla conducts an auto diagnosis of its charging network to find performance-related problems. However, user feedback can improve access, cleanliness, or hardware damage. This can help the company to apply fast fixes to the affected supercharger.

Max de Zeher, Tesla Supercharger chief said the charging issues report feature is available with app version 4.39.0 and above, which was released last week.

“Issues like snow that isn’t properly plowed, cracked post skins, vandalism, trash overflowing, etc can now easily be reported, helping us fix it faster,” wrote Max.
