The new promotional rate is available for qualified Model 3 buyers, which requires adding FSD (supervised), purchased from October 8 and onwards. To be mentioned, FSD with a car costs $8,000, which is reduced from $12,000 earlier this year.

You will be required a down payment of 15% to claim 0% APR for 72 months term and a qualified purchase will get a $7,500 federal tax credit.
