SpaceX launches 22 Starlink satellites with a new booster (August 20, 2024)

On August 20, 2024, SpaceX launched a new Falcon 9 rocket with 22 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit. This is the first flight for the booster used to send the payload to the upper atmosphere.

The company conducted this mission from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.

After stage separation, the company maneuvered this rocket back to the earth and landed on a droneship. Within an hour, the company deployed the payload and completed the mission.
