SpaceX completes 400th Falcon 9 landing with the latest Starlink mission

On January 21, 2025, SpaceX launched a new Falcon 9 mission from California and completed the 400th Falcon 9 landing. Recently, SpaceX scrubbed this flight due to an airspace violation by an aircraft and stopped the countdown at T-11 seconds. Thereafter, the rocket maker postponed this flight to January 20, which happened today.

A livestream revealed that the Falcon 9 was ready for a flight until T-14 seconds when the launch director called for “hold, hold, hold” and was held at T-11 seconds. It was announced that the launch was held due to a possible aircraft in the aerospace.

This was the 10th flight for the first stage booster and accounts for the 400th overall landing for the booster stationed in the Pacific Ocean. It previously supported Oneweb 4, USSF-62, and seven Starlink missions.
