Tesla has launched Model Y 2025 in Asia but the company has not listed the Performance variant, as this EV is only available in Long Range and Rear Wheel Drive.

The EV maker usually takes this route to reveal its new products, and introducing base variants in Asian markets is part of such a strategy.

The 2025 Model Y is initially announced in Long Range All Wheel Drive and Rear Wheel Drives. Aside from missing a powerful motor and bigger wheels, the new EV will carry many new changes over its predecessor.

The key highlights of the model are the redesigned front and the rear. The front will have slim headlights connected to a light bar. This new headlight has enabled the company to flat the frunk and facelift the bumper area.

The combination of these two has created a Cybercab-like look for this famous family electric vehicle. The interior has received a revamp with better material, ambient lighting, a large front screen, and a new rear passenger screen. The seats are electronic and can be adjusted based on passenger preferences.

The rear end of this model has a unique lightbar with an integrated diffuser, notice that the Tesla logo sits underneath this lightbar, which reflects when the red light diffuses.

Aside from these new changes, there is a high chance that the Tesla Model Y Performance 2025 could debut with a North American launch. However, we’ll have to wait for more details from the EV maker.
