0% APR on Tesla Model 3 and Y ending on December 15
Tesla is ending the 0% APR financing for Model 3 and Model Y on December 15, this offer allows customers to finance these electric vehicles (EVs) without paying interest.
The company initially announced this promotional offer in late October and brought it up for a limited time. However, it didn’t confirm the last date. It’s a big opportunity for those who want to get a new Tesla this holiday season.
Below you can check the APR rate and terms for both of these vehicles:
Model Y
- 36-60 months: 0% APR
- 72 months: 0.99% APR
- 84 months: 2.99% APR
Model 3
- 36 months: 0% APR
- 48 months: 0.99% APR
- 60 months: 1.99% APR
- 72 months: 2.99% APR
- 84 months: 4.99% APR
As mentioned above, the 0% APR for Model 3 is limited to 35 months and Model Y could benefit from this offer up to 60 months.
Customers opting for 0% APR have to make a $3,999 down payment. Meanwhile, these Model 3 and Y are eligible for a $7,500 Federal EV tax credit, which will reduce the monthly cost.
Other offers
That’s not it, Tesla has enabled a couple of other promotional offers on new purchases including 3 months of full self-driving (supervised) and Supercharging. This offer is available on Model 3, Y, S, X, and Cybertruck for delivery by December 31.
It cannot be postponed to a later time or transferred to another user account or vehicle. Customers bundling the FSD within the purchase won’t be facilitated with an option in place of 3 months FSD.
Tesla also has a referral program in place to reward new and existing customers. So, people buying a new Model 3 or Y will receive up to $1,000 off on the final purchase with a referral link. On the other hand, the Model S, X, and Cybertruck will be able to get up to $2,000 off from the final price.
