President-elect Donald Trump joins 6th Starship Flight Launch

President-elect Donald Trump arrived in Texas prior to the liftoff and joined the 6th SpaceX Starship flight as it launched this largest rocket from the Boca Chica Starbase facility.

Trump was seen in the VIP area beside Musk and other Republicans from the starbase during the course of the new flight test.

Footages shared on social media sites showed Musk giving the newly elected President an overview of the flight and how the starship descended during reentry.

Trump has mentioned the Starship through his presidential campaign speeches due to Elon Musk, SpaceX Founder and CEO and his biggest donor.

He mentioned the first booster catch with the fifth flight more than twice on different occasions while talking about Musk and his efforts to support the election campaign.

Musk caught into a major rif raf with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) after the recent flight 5 license delay. He went ahead and criticized the overweight regulations and alleged that these could hold back US innovation.

He received wide support from Republicans who also asked the FAA to speed up the process of clearing licensing for the rocket maker.

Moreover, Trump has entrusted Musk with the Department of Government Efficiency and he will be cutting unnecessary regulations and tax spending.

The upcoming changes will allow Musk’s SpaceX to run its operations smoothly in the near future and launch more Starship rockets into space.
