xAI Grok AI gets first web results improvements
xAI has recently added the web results feature for the Grok AI chatbot and it is now rolling out the new improvements to ease this capability.
Initially, Grok’s responses featured a summary (first) followed by the web results at the bottom. This is quite like the references for the source taken for these AI responses. It also provides links to see the source in the sidebar when you click on these results.
The new improvement shows these web results before the answer even begins. You don’t have to wait for the answer to complete, instead, you can see relevant web article source links on top.
Grok can now show you posts & web results immediately – no need to wait for response completion.

You can tap on the theme and a sidebar will open with relevant posts and search results. You can tap on any of these to redirect the page to that post or the web source.
Since the launch, Grok used to take information from the X platform but the company has now added a web search, which will improve the information. The new web search feature is available for Web and Android platforms and iOS is coming soon.
This feature is only available for Premium and Premium+ subscribers and the company may soon bring a free version of this AI chatbot for existing users. However, a date is not available at the moment.
