Uber launches Reward Program for driver switching to Tesla

Uber has announced a new reward program in partnership with Tesla to offer incentives for drivers upgrading to electric vehicles (EVs).

The EV maker confirmed that eligible owners can get up to $2,000 when taking a delivery of Model 3 and Model Y by the end of this year. Meanwhile, its official website page shows a $1,000 Tesla Credit.

It says, buyers who’ll pick a new Model 3 or Model Y will receive $1,000 in Tesla credits while taking a delivery and receive a $1,000 reward from Uber after completing 100 trips.

These credits can be used for Supercharging, buying a new Tesla vehicle, getting vehicle service or purchase goods from a Tesla shop.

The driver must take delivery before December 31, 2024, and complete 100 trips before February 15, 2025. This offer cannot be applied to used vehicles.

Furthermore, buyers are required to verify status with the Uber login and order only after their account redirect to Tesla’s order page. Buyers cannot transfer this offer, stack it, or redeem for cash, and cannot be applied retroactively.
