Apple is sending iOS 18.1 beta 4 for developers along with iPadOS 18.1 and macOS 15.1 featuring Apple Intelligence improvements.

Yesterday, the company released stable iOS 18 for all iPhone users. It brings new features and design changes to iPhone owners except for new AI capabilities. These are being tested with iOS 18.1 and are expected to be released next month.

The company has announced that these new changes will improve the user experience.

For example, new writing tools with generative AI can rewrite a sentence to improve its tone and add accuracy. The mail and web page summary enable you to understand a large text within a short explanation.

There are some new generative AI image functions including Image Playground and Genmoji. The major highlight of Apple Intelligence is the new Siri voice assistant.

The new version will have deeper control over the mobile app and could execute different features based on your interactions in real-time.

Unfortunately, only a few AI features including writing tools and summarization will be available next month with iOS 18.1 full release. Hence, future updates will add the rest of Apple Intelligence capabilities.
