Lucid Air gets 2.3.10 Update with SiriusXM, Regenerative Braking, Charging Improvements

Lucid is pushing a new software update version 2.3.10 for the Air electric sedan and it comes with new improvements for SiriusXM, charging, HomeLink, and more.

The company is sending this new software to enhance the user experience and provide better assistance for these features and capabilities.

First comes the SiriusXM app with better start-up behaviours including uninterrupted media playback and activation. You can now keep separate Favorites settings between different user profiles. After update, the SiriusXM will prevent activation of same media sources.

In 2022, SirusXM and Lucid Motor announced partnership and rolled out this service to Air users. Owners of this electric vehicle can access more than 350 channels, customize Pandora Stations and play more than ten thousands hours of podcasts. These new improvements will allow users to improve their over experience with this on vehicle app.

Regen Braking

Lucid is making regenerative braking levels available by tapping on a Drive Mode in the Essentials screen of the Pilot Panel.

HomeLink

HomeLink buttons will stay active on screen for around 30 seconds as you head toward a connected HomeLink device. This duration is longer than previous one.

Charging

This software will prevent a rare, limited-duration interruption of climate and charging features. Allow you to conduct seamless charging sessions with your Air sedan.

While announcing this over the air (OTA) software rollout, Nick Twork, Head of Communications for Lucid said more enhancements are coming soon for this electric car. However, he didn’t shared any specific changes or upgrades.
