Tesla has released an incremental Full Self  Driving (FSD) version 12.5.1.3 for public users as it continues to speed up the software rollouts for eligible cars.

The company has pushed this new version with software build 2024.26.10 and the changelog doesn’t differ a bit from the previous version.

Also, FSD 12.5.1.3 still supports hardware 4 (HW4) and there’s no confirmation from the user side whether it can be installed on HW3. It was reported that HW3 support could be released around August 10 and customers apparently need to wait for the next software.

It could also be possible that HW3 support may come with FSD 12.5.2 but we’ll have to wait for the rollout to occur.

FSD is a self-driving technology that enables Tesla cars to drive through traffic and it can identify on-road hazards or pedestrians and react in real time.

Tesla has major pending upgrades including natural lane changes, vision-only driver monitoring improvements with sunglasses support, and end-to-end on-highway and FSD support for the Cybertruck electric pickup truck. However, none of these features have been released so far.

Furthermore, we will continue to see these minor updates until some major stuff tags along a new version.

Also, a  few of these rollouts could be limited to selected users, so don’t wait for it and check for the next version if you do not receive the previous one.
