iOS 18 beta 5 rolling out for developers

Apple is rolling out iOS 18 beta 5 for developers and it comes with a number of new features to fix bugs and app development.

This new beta is only accessible for developers and can opt for a test via Settings > General > Software Update > Choose a beta channel and set it to iOS 18 Developer Beta.

iOS beta can give you an early preview of upcoming apps, features, and technologies. Last week, the company seeded the iOS 18.1 version with Apple Intelligence features. Despite releasing an incremental software, the company keep on sending new build for iOS 18.0 branch.

New generative AI features have been added to this build but advanced Siri is missing from this software. It’s expected that the iPhone maker will bring new Siri onboard next year.

You can download the latest iOS 18 beta 5 on your iPhone or opt for a public beta to experience the newest features prior to full rollout.
