iPhone 17 Series Specs Rumors: Standard, Slim, Pro and Pro Max

iPhone 16 series is launching later this year but a full-blown specs sheet for next year’s iPhone 17 is now allegedly leaked online from the courtesy of tipster Ice Universe.

Apple planning to revamp the line with a new Slim model featuring a compact form factor and a replacement for the Plus variant. However, there’s a lot more to explore. Let’s take a look at them one by one.

iPhone 17:

The standard version will equip a 6.27-inch LTPO screen, A19 chipset, and 8GB of RAM. The rear side will use a dual camera setup and an LED flash. The frame will be made of aluminum and under the hood, it will bring Qualcomm’s 5G modem.

This lineup will generalize dynamic island and pro-motion refresh rate available to all of these models.

iPhone 17 Slim

There will be no “Plus” next year instead, Slim could be a perfect replacement for this model with a 6.65-inch LTPO screen. It will bring the same chipset as the standard, camera system, and frame material.

However, this model is likely to offer an expensive design compared to the other three models. It’s expected that the iPhone 17 Slim will even surpass Pro Max.

Pro and Pro Max

The iPhone 17 Pro will use a 6.27-inch and the Pro Max sport a 6.86-inch LTPO display. These two models will boast power from an A19 Pro chipset processed with TSMC’s 3nm technology. Interestingly, the RAM will upgrade to 12GB for Pro and Pro Max. It will be the first time, iPhones will adopt such an aggressive approach to memory.

The triple 48MP lenses are for main, telephoto, and ultra-wide angles. Additionally, Apple will offer a ToF lens for better portraits. Unlike standard and slim models, the Pros will continue to use titanium material.

It is rumored that that the standard version could cost $799, slim at $1,299, Pro at $1,099 and Pro Max at $1,199. Notice, that the price of Slim is speculated as supreme among all four models. The iPhone 17 series is expected to launch in September 2025.
