Tesla Korea opens FSD transfers until June 28
Tesla today announced Full Self-Driving (FSD) transfers in Korea for customers who want to purchase a new model and migrate this tech from an old car.
The campaign is available for a limited time until June 28, 2024. Customers need to purchase a new Tesla vehicle and take the delivery by this date. This offer is available for Model 3, Y, S, and X.
The announcement follows as Tesla CEO, Elon Musk promised another quarter of FSD transfers at the 2024 stockholders meeting.
Here’s what you need to know about this transfer campaign.
FSD implementation feature transfer is possible only once on the same account. Once the consent form has been signed, it cannot be overturned, nor overturned by canceling the purchase of the vehicle or even after delivery.
Certified pre-owned and commercial vehicles (including rental models) are not eligible for this program. However, a separate agreement must be reached for leased vehicles such as a transfer agreement.
You need to accept the terms of this transfer agreement before delivery. Newly purchased vehicles must include the full self-driving feature (FSD) option, and a transfer consent form must be submitted before paying the vehicle price.
