Polestar 4 is finally on sale in the US

Polestar 4 has finally opened its first sale in the US following a start of production and first deliveries in China at the end of 2023 and start in Europe and Australia in January 2024.

The company is selling this vehicle online starting at $54,900. The electric vehicle company will produce vehicles in North America in the third quarter of 2024. Deliveries will start in the fourth quarter of 2024. Polestar 4 comes with a number of new features 20-inch Aero alloy wheels, panoramic glass roof, adaptive cruise control, 360 parking camera with 3D view.

Features of the car include a heat pump, front-illuminated Polestar logo,  e-latch doors, power-operated tailgate with soft close, wireless phone charging, and an 8-way electrical driver seat and 6-way electrical passenger seat.

Polestar 4 comes in 8 variants:

  • Long Range Single Motor – $54,900

  • Long Range Dual Motor w/Standard Pilot Pack – $62,900

  • Long Range Dual Motor w/Pilot and Performance Pack – $72,900

Standard single-motor version, Pilot Pack, Pro Pack, and Plus Pack versions equip 100kWh battery capacity, 200kW max DC charging, and 300 miles estimated EPA change. These models come with 272 hp, 253 lb-ft torque, and 0-60 miles per hour acceleration in 6.9 seconds.

The Dual motor version with Plus Pack, Standard Pilot Pack, Pilot and Pro Pack, Pilot and Plus Pack, and Plus and Performance Pack have an all-wheel drive (AWD) drivetrain. These modes bring 100kWh battery capacity, 200 kW, 270 miles, 544 hp, 506 lb-ft torque, and 0-60 mph acceleration in 3,7 seconds.
