There’s no visible changelog available for this new developer beta or the iPadOS 17.5 but Apple is likely to improve the software features that were released with iOS 17.4 last month.
These new capabilities targeted the European user with their new app ecosystem framework and open application APIs. It will also enable features such as allowing iOS apps from developer websites.
