Tesla FSD Beta v12.3.1 rollout begins with new bug fixes

Tesla has started to rollout full self-driving (FSD) Beta v12.3.1 and it comes with new improvements over the FSD Beta version 12.3 released last week.

Tesla CEO, Elon Musk announced on X that the company will release FSD version 12.3.1 by this week. The chief also said that the version will address several small annoyances.

Musk’s comment came on a post that mentions issues such as auto-max speed limit setting. It contrast, the vehicle with FSD 12.3 sometimes drives a bit slow or doesn’t accelerate according to the driver’s expectation.

FSD 12.3 was also spotted confusing parking lots in some situations which should be fixed with this new v12.3.1.

Unlike previous rollouts, FSD Beta v12.3 has become widely available for Tesla subscribers across the U.S. Although it wasn’t available for all of the FSD Beta testers but the testing pool has been expanded from only a few subscribers.

FSD version 12 brings new improvements to the system with its end-to-end neural network. The company says it has removed 300,000 lines of manual code and trained the computer with millions of driving video clips. This approach allows Tesla to train the system without any constraints.

The new FSD Beta V12.3.1 rollout has been detected with software update version 2023.44.30.30 for Tesla employees. However, the software could expand for FSD subscribers but there’s no information available on his matter available.
