Tesla FSD Beta v12.3 is rolling out for employees and a limited group of testers, there’s a new issue that appeared for some testers related to parking ability.

A video posted on social media site X revealed this new flaw in FSD Beta v12.3 and the software now looks confused while parking the vehicle in a parking lot.

User @j32pmxr shared a video of navigating through a destination and the drive was smooth until the car reached an endpoint. It tried to find a slot in the parking lot with plenty of space (by the time of recording the video).

The FSD 12.3 kept searching for a space in rows for more than a minute before the driver disengaged and took manual control to park the vehicle.

The user confirmed that version 12.2.1 had been parking properly in parking lots but this new build has apparently lost that instinct.

Another video from prominent Tesla user @wholemarseblog shows nearly identical behavior. The car in the video was confused while entering the parking area and it left a few parking slots where most of the cars were parked (condensed).

Eventually, FSD did find a parking space but it may have been parked way earlier.

FSD Beta 12.3 on the other hand brings improvements to the driving experience. So, Tesla could rollout a fix for such an issue with the next release.
