Alleged iPhone 16 screen protector shows thinner bezels

iPhone 16 series screen protector has allegedly leaked key design details online on X social media site via tipster Majin Bu.

The tipster says that the iPhone 16 screen has slimmer bezels with slightly increased curves on the edges. There are tiny changes made around the dynamic island.

The display used in the iPhone 16 Pro Max model surpassed the expectations of the iPhone buyer last year. The device is the first iPhone to bring a slightly curved side display and the view has been improved.

iPhone 15 and 15 Pro features a 6.1-inch screen, and 15 Plus and 15 Pro Max use a 6.7-inch screen. Last year, the iPhone made the dynamic island available in base and models.

Changes in Screen Size:

A previous report shows that the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will be equipped with a slight weight change and probably in dimensions as well. iPhone 16 Pro series on the other hand could increase size to 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch respectively.

Aside from the increased size, the company is also planning to install a periscope camera in the iPhone 16 Pro, which is only available in the Pro Max model. This would add up to the zoom range and provide better distance photography.

Improvements:

iPhone 15 series uses a super retina XDR display with high resolution. It supports ProMotion technology with adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz, HDR display, wide color gamut, haptic touch, and 1,000 nits max brightness.

Other than bezels and screen size, these aspects could also have space for improvements in the iPhone 16 series.
