Tesla has recently released a new app update for the Tesla app for iOS devices and it brings Tesla Powerwall and Solar widgets to check the latest statics on the home screen.

The app now added two new widgets including a small and a large size widget which shows the remaining powerwall energy capacity, generated solar power, and used power.

The small widget only shows the remaining energy and solar power, while the large widget adds home power usage.

Other than these new widgets, Tesla already hosts two widgets to check the remaining EV batteries, enable cooling, and others. With that being said, the Tesla app now offers four widgets for iOS users.

Customers can add a widget on these home screens on an iPhone via the following instructions. Before we jump to the instructions you will be required to download the latest Tesla app update from the App Store.

Go to iPhone’s home screen > touch and hold a widget or an empty area until the apps on the screen giggle.

Tap on the “Add” button on the upper left corner of the screen. You can scroll down or use the search bar to find the “Tesla” widget and select the widget size to add it to the home screen.
