The new feature includes infotainment control, navigation, and air conditioning to answer questions. This new capability doesn’t require creating a new account installing a new app or an active ChatGPT account.

Instead, the IDA assistant will automatically choose features based on the feature and its services for the user.

As mentioned by Volkswagen, this integration doesn’t capture any of the vehicle data and promises to delete all of the user queries immediately after use. Furthermore, IDA will also improve the security of data.
