It is expected that Rivian R2 may be unveiled by next year before making an official debut in 2026. That’s not it, the R2 could be on the first products manufactured at the new facility in Georgia.

This new plant expands to 1,800-care and it could become functional by 2026. The manufacturing plant was first announced in 2021 with a total investment of $5 billion.

The factory will output upto 400,000 vehicles per year. The company has selected Clayco construction firm to build this electric vehicle plant at Stanton Springs, Georgia.

When it comes to EVs, Tesla’s Model 3 captures most of the market with its growing demand among customers. Therefore, it’s also one of the most targeted models by its competitors.
