Upgraded Tesla Model 3 deliveries start in Australia and New Zealand

Tesla has started the deliveries of upgraded model 3 in Australia and New Zealand, revealed the official announcement on December 24.

The upgraded Model 3 also known as “Highland” has some key changes over its predecessor including new headlights, tail lights, bumpers, and alloy wheels. It has two new color options – Stealth Grey and Ultra Red.

Inside the car, you will see new changes in materials in the cabin including soft-touch plastics, wood trim, and optimized seats.

Upgraded Tesla Model 3 (Highland)

The internal also has an upgraded system including a 14-speaker with dual subwoofers and dual amplifiers. The long-range model now provides a WLTP range of up to 629 kilometers, while the rear-wheel drive model brings a slight increase at 513 km.

The Rear-wheel drive Model 3 is priced at 61,900 Australian dollars and $71,900 for the Model 3 Long Range version.

There are a few things you should know Tesla has issued a notification for a $3,000 rebate for orders placed before 1 January 2024 for eligible models in NSW.

Also, stamp duty exemption will be allowed for orders placed before the same duration. Check more details at the official Tesla Australia website.
