Nikola CFO to resign within a year of joining the electric truck maker

Heavy-duty electric vehicle maker, Nikola said on Friday that its CFO, Anastasiya Pasterick would resign, this announcement came within a year of joining the company.

Pasterick started his term as Chief Financial Officer in March this year after the exit of Kim Brady. Nikola is now looking for a new CFO and expects to find a new one soon. On the other hand, Pasterick would serve the notice and assist in the transition through December 1.

The latest resignation follows the change in CEOs, which happened four times in the past four years.

Nikola posted a loss in the third quarter of 2023 suspended sales and recalled all 209 of its battery-electric heavy-duty trucks after an investigation found a coolant leak inside a battery pack causing fires in its vehicles.
