Musk reveals who will get first slot in xAI Grok waitlist for early beta

xAI chatbot, Grok is now officially launched and most of the users are waiting for their turn to test the new Grok AI. However, there is some information about who will get the first slot in the ongoing xAI Grok waitlist.

To participate in the early beta program, a user must have a premium X subscription on their account. However, registering the interest through a waitlist may not be sufficient to get Grok’s access.

Elon Musk, Founder of xAI wrote his social media site, X that the AI company is prioritizing access to Grok according to the “length of time someone has had an X Premium+ account”.

It means that Grok’s early beta access will first come to those users who are not the most recent users of X’s premium tier membership.

Still, people reported that the early beta access is still not assigned to the oldest premium accounts as well. This could be confirmed via the comment section of Musk’s new post on X and most of them are prominent and have been running the premium X for quite some time. Moreover, there might be some hidden parameters, which we may not be aware of.

Meanwhile, the xAI Grok is still in waitlist mode for the early beta test and we may have to find more information about the expansion of testing slots for new beta testers.
